Get help with accounts, route data, maps, community features, reports, and privacy requests.
Include in your message
- The email address associated with your account, when the issue is account-specific.
- What you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to the problem.
- Your device model and app version when reporting a crash or rendering problem.
- The route name, post, profile handle, or report context when relevant.
Do not send your password, authentication code, private key, or another person's sensitive information.
Account confirmation
After creating an account, open the confirmation email and follow its link. Return to the app and sign in after the website confirms the account. Check spam or junk folders if the email is delayed.
Safety and content reports
Use the in-app flag control for supported posts, comments, route beta, media, or profiles. Reports go to the My Climbing Guide moderation queue for review. Blocking is available from another user's profile. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services; this inbox is not monitored as an emergency channel.
Privacy and data
Use Profile > Account and data to export your account data or initiate permanent deletion. See the Privacy Policy and account deletion instructions for details.
